$10K in scholarships awarded!
In 2022, we awarded 7 talented individuals a scholarship of either $3,000 or $1,000 to apply to current or future tuition and schooling costs, or student loans. Our judging panel determined 6 out of the 7 winners and then the people voted for the winner of the People's Choice Scholarship Award.
About the Competition
The I Am A Voter Scholarship Competition tasks individuals with producing an impactful social media post in the form of a graphic design, 2D art piece, 15 second video, or animation that informs, inspires, and activates Wisconsin voters to vote. Each entrant will share their work on social media to help Get Out The Vote and engage their networks in the political process.
Who can apply?
The I Am A Voter Scholarship Competition is only open to those who are a resident of or student in the great state of Wisconsin. We highly encourage high school students, college students, and recent graduates to apply, but the competition is open to all regardless of age. No prior educational or professional experience is needed to enter.

The People's Choice Award
To empower those who are enthusiastic about making an impact, we partnered with The People’s Flag of Milwaukee to create the People’s Choice Scholarship Award. This scholarship is awarded to the design that garners the attention and esteem of our largest judging viewership, the PEOPLE.
